Leaked 'preference whisperer' video goes viral, Legalise Cannabis aims to win seats and teals win how-to-vote card dispute.
Dr Kate Lardner, independent candidate for Mornington, has spoken to 6 News after VCAT overturned the VEC's decision to reject her how-to-vote card, as well as those of Sophie Torney & Melissa Lowe.
Legalise Cannabis Party's Rachel Payne, running in the South-East Metro region, has also addressed a leaked video of 'preference whisperer' Glenn Druery where he speaks about 'controlling' minor parties.
Legalise Cannabis is not working with Druery, with the party objecting several months ago to an application from the Legalise Marijuana Party - a party that the Animal Justice Party claims was set up by Druery himself.
