Roles for a National Anti-Corruption Commission advertised by Attorney-General’s department

A federal ICAC was a key promise from Labor during the election campaign.

The promise of a federal corruption commission was a major talking point during the federal election campaign, and already it appears the new government is getting to work on delivering it.

In the 2019 election, the same promise was made by ex-Prime Minister Scott Morrison - something that the then-government failed to deliver on, before taking a heavily criticised model to last month’s election.

Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus was sworn in just days ago.
