'Kim Jong-un' to run against Dan Andrews in the seat of Mulgrave

Exclusive: Howard X has confirmed he will rule Victoria 'with an iron first' if elected.

Political satirist & Kim Jong-un impersonator Howard 'X' Lee has announced that he will run against Victorian Premier Dan Andrews at the November 26 state election.

Speaking exclusively to 6 News, Lee confirmed he will rule Victoria "with an iron first" if elected, and said Andrews would be placed last on his how-to-vote card.

"Dictator Dan, stop abusing your white privilege - it is time to give the job to the Asian man with the big rocket."

It comes amid reports that art collector Andrew King has offered to pay the $350 nomination fees for 50 candidates in Mulgrave, which would produce the longest lower house ballot paper in Australian history & be a new record for the amount of candidates in a single seat.

As it stands, no one appears to have publicly taken up the offer & 6 News understands Lee is not affiliated with King.

"Dan Andrews is a dictator, but I am a much better dictator," he said.

"If Dan can lock down on a weekly basis, I'm going to lock down on a daily basis...I'm going to be more extreme than Dan."

Lee said he attempted to get the Workers' Party of Korea registered for the election, but "the guy...who's job was to put the papers in...missed the deadline."

"So, he's shot - he's finished...I'm running as an independent."
