6 News will be live all election night from 6pm AEST.

Greens senator Nick McKim has told 6 News that Tasmania will play a "critical role" in tomorrow's federal election.

There are 5 electorates in the state - Bass, Braddon, Clark, Franklin and Lyons - two held by Labor, two held by the Liberals & 1 held by independent Andrew Wilkie.

The Greens may be able to pick up more lower house seats this year - with Celeste Liddle (Cooper, VIC) and Melissa Stevens (Lilley, QLD) both speaking to 6 News about their election chances.

Meanwhile, for the final pre-election edition of SpinCheck - Fahad Ali spoke about where the major parties stand on the Israel-Palestine conflict.
